My experience with this agency was very troubling when after I was offered a job, I disclosed my Disability (which had no affect on my role) to the agency and their first response was that they may have to retract my offer from the hiring company. I'm not sure what was said to the hiring company but the attitude going forward in regards to my Disability remained discriminatory. Disabled folk always experience this despite laws informing us it's illegal. So I was very disappointed to have this treatment from a recruitment agency.

Dealing with Ellie at 1-1 Recruitment has been lovely. Ellie has found me a great role and has been so helpful throughout the whole process. From application to after starting the role, Ellie has communicated with me at all times and has been very responsive to any emails or calls from me.
