The website is clear and very easy to use, and it contains a huge amount of hyperlinked 'knowledge' pages which are immensely useful when planning projects (especially if you're not a natural electrician!). Mark S5 StarHave used this company many time & they are a good business & sell quality products, however they need to review their postage costs, minimum £4.95 even if like me you forgot to add one piece of wire to your last order, this added up to almost half the cost of the order.
Come on guys, it doesn’t cost you £4.95 in a padded envelope second class stamp or your time. You need to charge for the actual costs, not be making profit from postal charges.
I have been fair & left you a 5 star review based on service, products & staff.
For small products postage cost you should get 1 ⭐️ star.
