Julie at 4 paws dog grooming is fantastic! From day 1 we have felt so very comfortable leaving our springer with Julie. She is caring and gentle and is very professional. Our dog loves her! She does a brilliant cut and is very good at listening to exactly what you want. Julie has always been super clear with what time to collect (usually after a couple of hours because of the time and care she likes to take). You can’t ask for much more than the service Julie provides for a small home run business. We wouldn’t sent Willow anywhere else!

I've been taking my poodle to Julie for 4 years, and he adores her. If we walk past her house he wants to go in, even when we're not booked in for a groom. Excellent dog grooming and Julie loves her pooches. My dog has one to one care and is reasonably priced. Can't wait for you to reopen, see you soon.

Absolutely brilliant place to take your dog for a groom. I've been taking my dog here for 2 years and he always comes back to me looking perfect. My dog loves the little courtyard that Julie has at the back of the salon where he can have a little run about between the stages of his pamper, such a lovely extra to have. My previous dog groomer used to take 45-60 mins to do a full groom but Julie spends 2-3 hours as I know she invests time in gaining their trust and giving them the 121 treatment. I also love the fact my dog is never caged while with her. I'm astounded by the customer below who seems to think that lines of communication only work one way and preferred to leave her pet with a groomer for 4 hours instead of just calling and asking what time to collect her dog, then leaves a negative review. I will continue taking my dog to this lovely lady as she's been the perfect groomer to my dog. He thoroughly enjoys his visits to see her and long may it continue!

I have been going to Julie for over 2 years now with my 2 cavachons. I had previously visited a large well known salon in Redditch and my eldest dog used to be petrified and wee herself before going in due to being put in cages and the busyness of the salon. This is why I went to Julie who does only 1to1. Now whenever we walk past the salon daisy pulls me up to the door even on days when we are not booked in. Julie has always been 100% reliable and communicated brilliantly on all occasions. Upon drop off she always confirms collection times, even after all these years she still confirms. The below accusation implying Julie may have caused the dog to be destressed is so far from what my experiences are and knowing Julie for these years is far from who she is. She is calm and caring with both of my dogs. Even when I went on holiday she told me to give her business card to my dog sitter saying if there were any questions or issues to call her as she knows the dogs. Julie goes above and beyond and my dogs absolutely love her. I would never and shall never go anywhere else again. My dogs are happy and safe with here and come out looking and smelling amazing!
