What a breath of fresh air Chris Baldwin is! Having worked with many professionals, representing many disciplines, over the years, it was great to work with Chris on rewriting our company home page. Why do I say this? Firstly, he didn’t just want to do something for us, he wanted to do the right things for us and he challenged what we thought we wanted to do before engaging. Secondly, he listened carefully to what we said, weighed it against his expert knowledge and experience and helped us to achieve what we wanted in a suitable way. Then, when working on the assignment with us, he responded quickly, delivering what was expected when it was due. He respected our priorities and availabilities, always keeping up his side of the project we were doing together, even when we were running late.
