Jess Wood1 StarWe booked in to have work done on the roof in May and got fobbed off several times. Eventually we found out that we hadn't been put in the bloody diary! Then they assured us we would be first in line in the next available space which would have been mid-August. They never called to confirm, they ignored our calls, eventually we got through and they blamed the scaffolder and yet didn't do anything about it until we rang them several times. We have had excuse after excuse after excuse and still don't have a new roof. Being a Stokie I had seen their signs everywhere and heard the ads but I'm frankly embarrassed for suggesting them, we do not trust this company and even if they were to show up I don't think I'd trust them to complete the work.Wednesday 31st August 2022
Paul Ray1 StarWhile walking along Sally clarkes Lane in wybunbury on Thursday. 2 of your roofers were constantly using the F World in a conversation towards each other. The one in the flat cap especially. Just a normal conversation so why use the F Word in a public place with Adults and children walking past. I shook my head at them but they carried on. Dan Potter5 StarA D Booths have just completed a new roof in Clayton for my great aunty. What can I say, everything looks neat, tidy, and how it should, clearly these lads are friendly, have a wealth of experience and work efficiently. On completion a senior member of staff checked everything over before they took the scaffold down. No hounding for money, no money up front, and even a written guarantee! Special thanks to Bryan and Nicola in the office, who obviously take customer service very seriously and made a very worried elderly lady feel safe and assured from start to finish.
