Alan is genuinely one of the best and most honest mechanics around and he goes out of his way to help. I had an issue with my exhaust which was leaking (was sold a car which was missing sleeves on a straight through exhaust and the more I drove it, the worse it became) Alan went out of his way to help me as he saw that I needed it. He got hold of parts, arranged MOT retests and educated me to prevent this from happening again. Not only a mechanic but genuinely a lovely human being who cares. Was an absolute pleasure talking with him and only one man my car will go to from now on.

After a shambolic MOT at KwikFit in Sunbury (who were utterly useless), I came across Alan - and it was simply the best experience! Alan was professional and immediately instigated trust by taking the time to explain what may be happening with the car. After this, he went out of his way to fix the problem, always with a smile on his face! He is a very rare breed of car mechanic and if you ever need anything done on the car - I cannot recommend him enough!
