Jayne Watson5 StarHi and thank you to all the staff at A M G. I am so sorry it has taken me so long to write a review we have been a bit sad. I honestly can not thank you all enough. My dad George Clarke was only assigned you for a very short time for end of life care at home in April, but he was so fond of you all and actually looked forward to your visits. Myself and Mum are so grateful to you all. We only had care for a few short days but you all made a huge impact on us. My dad was especially fond of Rob as he gave him the best shave he said he has ever had. Kim made him laugh so much. It didnt stop there, as Debbie and her colleague arrived shortly after my dad passed and tendered to him. Your staff members in the office where also very helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. Your care and kindness will never be forgotten. Liz Bargh5 StarI cannot praise and thank the staff enough for the help support and advice they gave to our family in the most difficult of times as we tried to care for my Dad in the last months of his life they were so caring and kind but what I feel is so very important is that when other heavily supported charities let my 86 year old mum down in the care of my dad these angels stepped in and on my Dads final night the carer stayed next to his bed with the feeling it was his final hours I can't praise or thank you enough xxThursday 10th December 2020
Pru T5 StarAMG helped me look after my elderly father in the last 18 months of his life. The ladies who cared for him were kind, considerate and professional, at all times. There was a real sense of compassion from the staff members who didn't just turn up to do a job, but who got him up in a morning, put him to bed at night, did his laundry, prepared his food and chatted with him about his life, and theirs. When he was poorly, they comforted him until medical help arrived, and when he passed away just a week ago, they shared in my sorrow. With their help, my father was able to stay in his beloved bungalow until his final illness. For that, AMG have my sincere appreciation and gratitude.Friday 28th September 2018
