Our core business is Domiciliary Care; providing a range of personal care and support services to people within their own homes - more widely known as home care.  Due to historic funding mechanisms across the Health and Social Care industry, our main clients are Local Authorities and the Clinical Commissioning Group's (CCG)/ NHS. We have always provided services privately, however, and this is the market is steadily growing. A family run business we have been providing care in a variety of settings for over 20 years. Our history is matched by the breadth of experience we have gained working in nearly all aspects of Health and Social Care.  From these areas of involvement, we have developed our expertise and honed our skills to produce the high level of quality care we provide today across our branches.

I have a LPA for my elderly uncle who also has learning difficulties as well as being elderly frail. He was assessed as requiring 4 calls a day. As I owned and ran a home care agency (Jem Care) for 20 years I beleived that no agency would give him the level of care and support I knew he needed. How wrong was I. The carers,especially Peter the am carer. were very good. Any problems such as falls etc.ere reported to me in good time. Call times were regular. which is one thing that would have caused problems as he is a creature of habit. Call times were adjusted where neccessary. All in all an excellent service and we are sorry to have to move on due to my uncle moving. Well done AQS, Elaine Green
