In my opinion DO NOT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME with this company- they have totally wasted mine. I have never known a business run and displayed like this. The original booking was in place for a month. I sent all the information I was asked for the address and the size of the sofa! And a brief description - the appointment was confirmed and re confirmed. I thought wow Perfect! On the day - I had arranged several things to accommodate and I can only assume “Alan” himself as he never introduced himself arrived, stressed, and walked in- looked at the sofa - And said…….. “ no I’ll pass. As it’s all Stitched in and “COULD” ruin the leather at the bottom- basically He tried to fob me off with you will be after me to buy you a new sofa! I said and I quote ‘honestly this is my sofa’ I’m willing to take the risk and will sign something to that effect - as it’s an old sofa that just needs the top cleaning! “No! it’s my decision he said and I’ll pass” - Sorry that is not even the way you speak to a client. So rude and so unnecessary in my own house. The whole situation was unprofessional, sloppy, disrespectful to my time, character and any obligations I had that day that I had organised to attend this appointment. Personally I would AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!! And go with the next choice! I stupidly didn’t do that and now I have wasted a month waiting for a unprofessional and rude man!
