The appointment was for 30 mins but it took us 1 hr to sort out the whole package needed for new school as my daughter was tiny she had to trial different sizes before finalizing it. The 2 lovely ladies helped me and my daughter patiently and answered all our questions with friendly smile. Thank you very much for your help today. Somehow they managed to get bellfarm rights but I'm done...no more clothes from them.
