Terri Palmer1 StarCame and gave my elderly mother a quote then didnot turn up to do the work despite us ringing to ask for an update. Promised a date and still didnot turn up or respond to any texts. Elderly mother been in hospital a month seriously ill and still no sign of this firm turning up so hired someone else.
