We are very pleased with the replacement conservatory frame, windows and roof, supplied and fitted by A1 Windows and Doors. Chris was helpful and informative with the pricing/ordering and answering our queries. The fitters were professional, skilled and very helpful - they went the extra mile to do a good job for us. They even noticed a cracked tile on our main roof, and arrived the following day with a replacement which they fitted - thank you fitters! Communication was easy/clear and pre-arranged appointments times were kept. The billing was also straightforward. Yes, I would recommend this company.

Absolutely disgusting service and shoddy work. Had a front door fitted and they left a huge gap at the side, I was not happy with it and said I was not willing to pay until altered. The big burly man of this pair of cowboys then pretty much squared up to me as a mum home alone with her daughter and tried to intimidate me into paying. Luckily, I could get my husband to come home as he was refusing to leave my property. As soon as my husband came, they agreed to fill the gap the next day. Forward wind two years and we have a huge crack on the threshold. Despite the work allegedly having a ten year guarantee, they are refusing to fix this. Do not use these charlatans under any circumstance!

Terrible service and shocking work, unprofessional service. Cowboy installer has damaged window frames and busted back lock, need to get a real contractor to fix the damages created by A1 windows. Avoid, bad service will never use again.

I am not impressed with this company at all. Chris came and gave me a quote, took a large deposit which has been cashed. 8 weeks later and can still not get any response to my requests for a date for the work to be carried out. Communication with this company is very poor, really hopeing when they finally get to my house they can do the work!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a large quantity of doors and windows fitted in October 2019, I was pleased the workmanship and the price was competitive. However one of the double glazed units has just developed a crack in it, on contacting A1 I was informed this would be chargeable after just 8 months, so much for a guarantee not impressed.
