All taxis in Lincoln do get booked up quickly (especially around school and work journey times), but I always try to get A2B if I can as they are my first choice.
I have used them several times now - every driver I have had has been friendly and polite.
You can pay by cash or card, the new(ish) tracking system is brilliant and I really like that I get a confirmation text when booking - these are things you expect from bigger companies, but not always from local ones.
Prices are competitive and I don't believe it is the choice of the company if there is a change - one driver even apologised to me for the increase as he remembered me from a previous journey, which was very kind.
