I used The A2B Taxi to Birmingham airport. I exchanged emails few days before to make a reservation and Mr Ali went out of his way to make me feel like a welcomed customer! My driver Mr Ali was punctual, professional and made me feel comfortable the minute he arrived, jumped out and opened the car side door for me. He provided me with a smooth and pleasant ride and an excellent customer experience. If all customers receive the same outstanding service I received, then The A2B Taxi will have nothing but 5-star glowing reviews. I will always use them in the future. We booked a return airport transfer and had a great experience. When we needed to move the (early) time forward a bit it was not a problem, and we were collected right from where we were dropped off on our return. There was plenty of space for our wheelchair and the extra bags we brought back too. A good rate, excellent service and communication. Highly recommended, thank you!!

Highly recommended! Booked a large vehicle to fit 6 people for an airport run to Bham and could not fault them at all. Our driver was extremely punctual and called us promptly on our return to let us know where he was. No waiting or hassle. Completely trustworthy. Will definitely book again.!
