Welcome to our newest Ab Salute Gym in Bishop's Stortford. Our gym opened on the 17th September 2022. A lot of hard work went into this gym to ensure that we got the best gym equipment. Our gym is kitted out with Gym80 equipment and cardio.
We have an air conned upstairs cardio room so you can get the best out of your cardio sessions while staying cool.

Rinaldo Tomkinson4 StarThe gym is well equipped, good amount of bars. The music is a bit too electronic but that's just personal preference. Having trained at snap fitness GP and body active in Harlow this is probably the best gym in the local area.Wednesday 26th July 2023

The upstairs cardio rooms is damp and mouldy - not super inviting so mostly do weights just to avoid that room.Tuesday 16th May 2023

Friendly helpful staff, every piece of equipment you could possibly need, plenty of space.
Also has pre-workouts and protein shakes and meals on offer.
