Abbots don’t care! As they claim…the carers do care but the Management don’t. My SEND 11 year old child with disabilities has been with them for 4 years. We are due to leave as they have served notice yet didn’t bother to tell me until I asked for a review meeting. Poor service. Website claims they understand complex Children disabilities yet they can’t meet need! No training/wrong training. not one complaint addressed. Duty of care severely flouted! 54 Carers. Rota late or inaccurate Staff turnover extremely high. Constant lies Most carers are great. Regular carers sent elsewhere with no notice. No complaint policies to be found

Abbots care more like abbots don't care, don't care about employees, ignore repeated requests for extra training, Abbots are quick to point fingers and accuse employees of doing things wrong and will not retrain them and then cut them off, poor communication, office who don't know what they are doing

I am extremely proud to work at Abbots care. I have been offered an apprenticeship in business administration, and from the first day all the employees have been helpful. We all do everything we can to provide the best service for our customers.

Abbots care is a non caring company. They let my mum down, they left her in soiled bedding and clothes. They did not encourage her to drink. They did not give her the full time that was allocated.
