The room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. It was safe and easy to come and go at any time, super convenient, and reasonable price. The only downside was it was quite warm so I left the window open at night and was awoken by the cockerel super early in the morning, and then I was super unlucky that they were putting up scaffolding (super noisily) across the road from my room. I think on a cooler night, with windows closed, it would have been 5 stars.

The lady, known as Tam who is the owner here is one of the most delightful people I have ever met. She couldn't do enough for us during our two separate short stays and is a mine of anecdotes which kept us entertained. Great breakfast - the only meal we ate there. Thank you so much Tam.

Acacia Lodge is excellent. The room was clean, comfy and quiet and the B&B is in a great location, just a short distance from the city centre and various bus routes to get out beyond Canterbury. Tam and Mark were fantastic hosts. We got excellent tips as to what to do and see in and around Canterbury. It really improved our stay. They were very accommodating with check in/out and rustled up a tasty breakfast! Would definitely stay again.

Acacia Lodge is a beautifully traditional B & B with small but very clean and comfortable rooms, modern bathrooms and a very friendly, helpful host family. We have stayed there several times and enjoyed the company and a freshly made breakfast with free range eggs from the garden. The house is conveniently situated for the town centre, cathedral and shopping and is an ideal base for exploring Kent. We will be back!
