Absolutely first class service from Karen and the team. I’ve used the Accountsmith for over 2 years now and have never had to stress about my accounts. Continually going above and beyond for me including responding outside of normal working hours. A delight to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. Clear, concise and always professional. 100% recommended.

I have used the Accountsmith for six years, I have nothing but praise for Karen and her team. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Whenever I have something I am not sure about regarding my accounts, Karen always has the answer and is always ready to help me. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend

This company has ruined my accounts, they have done them wrong and left them in a terrible state and are still demanding more money. Our VAT has been constantly wrong our end of year wrong our personal tax not completed and I am sick and tired of being shouted at by Karen, when you challenge her she just puts the phone down. I am now have to have my accounts looked into by a different accounts firm to sort it out. Truly disappointed as this has caused so much stress and I have a disability I am autistic and because I could not always understand what she was telling me she would get really annoyed and short with me and just say Im not having this conversation and put the phone down! I have never felt so let down in all my life. It has caused stress and discomfort yet still this morning she is demanding another £330 from me for July, when in July I was left to do my own VAT return as our accounts did not match our bank statements, their were duplicates on our accounts and 56 mistake found for the first few weeks of the year as we go through the account with a fine tooth comb! This has been the worst experience for me in many ways the second accounts firm to just leave us in the lurch and in a mess after we have paid £330 a month in good faith by go cardless for a job not done! Fuming
