Raw material is a key factor to our business, to ensure we can obtain a consistent product, on-site we have a cold store that has a capacity of over 600 pallets & blast freezing facility’s. A family run business, in the heart of Hampshire. With the knowledge of 3 generations in meat processing, we ensure our products are to the highest standard. We ensure our on-site test kitchen is open every working day, therefore we can cook up too 15 variations of Kebabs each day. This helps us with feedback for production. We focus primarily on; colour, fat loss, Sliceability, flavour & ease of handling and cooking for our customers. Whilst remaining competitive with market rates, at all price points. We have full traceability of Kebabs from each batch number.
