Unfortunately, sadly this gate and fitting turned out to be of poor quality and after a few weeks we were unable to open or shut the gate.
Eventually he appointed someone else to replace it with a new gate, this was made and fitted to a much higher standard and quality and we are
now at last able to open and close as normal July 2017.
