Sampada Bhide5 StarI had a deep tissue massage with Elena today for sore neck and tight muscles especially after cricket training yesterday. Elena was amazing , she took her time to release the muscles and did more than I expected and it was an amazing experience. She loves her job and it shows in her treatments, she treats you like her own family. I will be booking to see her again soon. Thank you Elena I feel great.Thursday 9th June 2022

Angela Bell5 StarHeadaches were making my life a misery so I decided to have a massage to release tension. Wow! Deep tissue massage with Elena was amazing! Admittedly I feel as if I’ve gone several rounds with Mike Tyson but it certainly worked for the headaches! Not a gentle massage but the clue is in the deep tissue description. Beverley is amazing and very intuitive, her facials have made such a difference to my skin as I suffer with acne rosacea. I can highly recommend Sam too, who is a fantastic physio. She is so knowledgable and her hands-on treatments and advice is really helping me manage a back and neck issue.Monday 11th July 2022
