Pip on reception was exceptional and really welcoming throughout a stressful time for me and made the whole process painless. The work, once completed, was exceptional and done to the highest standards. They even valeted my car on collection, it looked brand new. Vaughan Pursall5 StarI was recently involved in a collision with a bus in my VW Golf.
My insurance company sent my car to this firm . Looking at the damage I never though that it could be repairable - front bumper, wing mirror , wing and alloy wheel extensively damaged.
My car was picked up for me and returned within a couple of weeks.
I could not believe it .I saw that it had been repaired as brand new.
The car had also been washed and valeted throughout.
The staff were extremely helpful and polite .
Hats off to the people who did this work. I would highly recommend this firm for any car repair.
