Took various cars for in/out valeting, the team has always delivered a great result at competitive prices. I don't know any other express services using snow foam which makes it unique, adding a huge advantage to a safe wash and a great result.

Agree with the recent negative reviews. Used to be fine but just spent 40 mins watching them faffing around, lighting up cigarettes and taking an age to finish the 4 cars in front of me. I finally managed to leave with a very average car wash. They missed loads of bits so I’ve had to re-wash it myself - they also didn’t do the door sills. Won’t be back. The one on the A27 towards Whitely and/or the Botley one are miles better.

Good car wash staff polite and do a reasonable job. Prices recently gone up and now a bit pricey if you have a small three door car as it's the same cost for five doors now and much different in size. Probably will look for cheaper now due to current economic situation.

I arrived, and they cleaned my car. I got better service the last time I visited, so it is interesting to see the impact of the cost of living crisis and how it is impacting everyone!

I have been here lots of time and it used to be my go to place if i wasnt in the mood to clean my car and always had the inside and out deluxe done and have never had a problem till today. If I could give zero stars to the place I would. They used to be really thorough and good. I was first in the queue today as they opened, snow foam, hand wash then rinsed off and then I was directed to the bay for the interior. By then I'd noticed that unusually there was only three members of staff who seemed more interested in just getting through washing as many of the now very substantial queue which was not surprising with the weather we recently had and most cars covered in salt. Meanwhile my car sat in the sun for nearly twenty minutes drying leaving water spots all over the paintwork. Eventually one of staff came over and gave it a quick wipe over with a microfibre leaving streaks all over the paintwork never touched the door jambs or opened the boot. Then vacumned it taking less than two minutes without even moving the seats. Sprayed the windows outside only wiped them over with the same cloth used for bodywork leaving streaks all over the glass but never even touched the windows inside. By then I had noticed there was still road dirt all along the sills where it had not been properly washed when I pointed it out it was just wiped over with a cloth and I could slmost feel the paint scratching. They opened the boot but never cleaned it or the rear window inside. The carpets weren't even removed to be cleaned. For £20 it was an absolute rip off. I won't ever be back and in fact that's all 4 of my families vehicles you won't ever see again.
