Shockingly unprofessional. Richard at AVL lied and falsified the service history on a TT. Confirmed by Audi Coventry the document he provided was fake and there was no Audi service history. I've contacted the motor trader ombudsman and a motor legal solicitor regarding this criminal act. Steer clear!
