Nicola Lumb5 StarI have never had a sports massage before and after today, I don't know why I never have done this before. Jake has really helped me and as well as being very kind and helpful, I've learned a lot from him today too. Now I understand and can pinpoint some of the reasons I've experienced pain and why that is.
It certainly has made me reconsider a few things and hopefully will help me build and improve on my swimming technique too as some of the issues have been holding me back.

Saima R5 StarI have been seeing Carla since the start of 2019 on a regular basis, obviously interrupted by lockdown. I have found both her and Jake to be more than professional. If it wasn’t for them I would be in constant pain and have zero movement. Having seen osteopaths and masseurs for all my working life I can honestly say hand on heart they are probably the best in their field I have seen.
