I was happy with Aliance Care for about 2 weeks ago then the cares was not happy helping me with doing light house work. The house work was on my care plan in a interview Alliance Care seems to be ok to help me with doing house work in my time . And then Alliance I had 1 week to leave there company and find some one else to help me. I asked how meany week to terminate my contract Alliance care said 2 weeks. But thro the two weeks I had Alliance services there staff at the time was happy helping me. as there staff did reported me back to there office.

The care this Company delivers is utterly poor, there is absolutely no routine with them and what carers they send out to people, as like most care teams you would expect the person visiting would be the same person regularly with the exception of workers having time off, but not with Allied Care its more like a free for all, meaning your seeing a different carer every time even if your visited more than once a day, and during this pandemic the world finds itself in is a tragedy for many, i would advise anyone thinking about using this company to avoid it like the plague

I recommend this company as all staff are very friendly and helpful nothing is to much trouble.
