Francis Reed5 StarAllstar Systems installed a new replacement gas boiler for me a couple of years ago in my new home in Norwich and they have completed the annual service on it twice since then. All is going well, and I am very pleased to have a new (and much more efficient) Worcester Bosch condensing combo boiler installed, especially since the recent drastic increase in the cost of my gas by over 90 percent in April 2022!Monday 4th April 2022
Ian Ward5 StarWill and the team changed out our complete heating system from an older less efficient oil boiler and water tank system for an energy efficient Bosch combo oil boiler, whilst removing our loft installed water tanks. All completed over two long days and we now have an energy saving pressurised system. We had a full flush before commissioning. An excellent all round system and a perfect installation. Peter Webber5 StarContacted Allstar Systems with a problem in a tenanted property. The tenant was complaining of a loud 'foghorn' type of noise when running the hot water system.
Will responded to my call immediately and promptly attended the property, identifying the problem as a faulty ball valve which was then replaced.
From beginning to end, Will was efficient, polite and professional. I would thoroughly recommend using Allstar Systems again.
