Can't recommend this company enough. From start to finish Chris and the team were excellent. Chris came next day after i requested a quote, turning up on time when he said he would. Extremely reasonable quote while offering professional advice about work required and work not required. While Chris and the team were carrying out the work they were super professional, polite and efficient. The work carried out was to a high standard and went over and above while not increasing the cost. Neighbours were impressed and have also booked the team for some work. One of the best tradesmen we have used and will definitely be using again.

I contacted Alpha after the latest storm a couple of days ago, and they have just been round to fix my problem. I was only small but I really appreciated the timely response, the two guys were really lovely, polite and efficient and I would definitely use this company again. Highly recommend! Thank you :)

If I could give more stars I would!! Chris and the team at Alpha Smart Roofing recently replaced our full roof and knocked down an old coal shed/outhouse. From meeting them for the quote we felt instantly reassured, they were friendly and professional and talked us through everything. We didn’t live close by as we haven’t moved into the house yet so they sent us regular picture updates via text and phoned me every few days with a progress report - we couldn’t have felt more confident in what was happening in our absence! Their attention to detail and passion for their business was clear and they were very conscious of keeping neighbours on side with the scaffolding/knocking down of building etc. Also I’m fairly sure they left the garden paths neater than they found them!! No hidden costs either which was reassuring. Thanks again - would highly recommend!!
