We lost our way driving to a wedding and tried ringing for a taxi. Mitch was our fifth call and He responded instantly picking us up within a few minutes in his immaculate car and drove us up all the narrow impossible places to deliver us on time, almost to the altar. None of the the other taxis we had tried had wanted to know and refused to take us from Stroud to Berkeley or else offered at double fare. Mitch was our knight in shining armour who without a quibble, efficiently and with calm good humour, took two worried 8Oyr olds to the church on time. Thank you Mitch. You are a real gem.

Professional first class driving, on time pick up and very helpful. Mitch drove our family, including 92 year old dad, to Southampton from Stroud,and did everything possible to make journey comfortable and enjoyable.

I wish I could give a lower rating than one star. Utterly unreliable AKA doesn't turn up even though I booked a week in advance and didn't answer the phone at all on the day. This company left me stranded. Avoid this unprofessional company at all costs
