Great customer service "even if I was an Audi driver" The girl's on the reception desk were very welcoming. (however, message response time exceeded 2 hrs,🤔🤭🤣) Body repair shop had very knowledgeable/friendly staff.

Andover Ford repaired my car on behalf of my insurer after somebody crashed into the back of me. It took them 7 weeks to replace the rear bumper and the exhaust. 7 weeks to source readily available parts. When I picked the car up, Initially I didn’t notice that they had fitted the new exhaust backbox incorrectly. The exhaust is fitted in a “wonky” position, with one of the tailpipes sticking out much further on one side than on the other. It looks ridiculous. As you can see in the photo, the left exhaust tip sticks out about 2 inches further than the right exhaust tip. Overall it took them 7 weeks to do a rubbish job, they also left masking tape in various places all over the car. I wouldn’t recommend taking your car here.

Took my car in for a recall check, car was ready when expected, but upon collection I noticed that the car roof, side panels, back and front windscreens were covered in bird cr#p. When i dropped the car off it was spotless clean, so i questioned this and asked for it to be cleaned and was told there's nothing we can do about it. So I had to go to a car wash on my way home to get it cleaned. Won't be using this garage again.

Always been excellent for us. Looked after our small fleet for many years and we can count on their reliability of customer service. Bend over backwards to sort us at short notice. It's the little things like software updates that are done on the vehicles that would just not be implemented if we took the vans elsewhere. We will continue to use the dealership with the utmost confidence in future.

Really good experience on my first MOT and service from Ford. It was a really quick turn around even with a few odd jobs I requested doing whilst it was in. No problem getting a courtesy car from them however I did book it 8 days prior. The staff were spot on and kept me up to date the whole time. I really recommend this place. Good job, keep up the good work.
