Pre ordered 2 taxis a couple of hours before for 18:45 no taxi turned up so rang up at 18:55 and was told 15-20 min delay! Taxi turned up at 19:10 and had the scariest drive to our destination, the driver was racing around and we hit over 50mph in a 30! They hit a curb as we flew around the corner. We where absolutely shocked at the service we had. I'm actually a ex taxi driver myself that worked for this company and I’m so glad that I’m not associated with this company/ trade anymore. This will be reported to the council!! Driver number 096

Pete is one of the best drivers, being a female it’s sometimes uncomfortable to get a taxi by yourself but he’s so kind & down to earth it feels like more of a friend. Only taxi firm I’ll ever use best in Cheltenham 😀

A little slow on adding our review but wanted to say Elaine drive us to Birmingham airport at 4am in June! Lovely lady, nice ride, great car and sensitive to small talk as it was so early and we had yet to drink our coffee! Thanks Elaine, much appreciated!

I used AndyCars twice. The first time it was great, the driver was on time and very professional and polite. The second time however, the taxi never showed up, and when I called to ask about it the person on the phone was not apologetic at all and did nothing to help. Had to book another taxi company.

Used AndyCars twice on a trip to Cheltenham, and would advise against using them. First time (during the day), the pre booked car turned up on time, however the car was dirty inside, and cost an excessive amount. £26 for 15min journey! The 2nd pre booked car never arrived after waiting 45 mins, leaving us stranded. Do not rely on this company if you need picking up. 5 star cars seemed a lot more reliable.
