Placed orders two weeks ago to be told on collection date they didn't have them. Nice to be told that the week before they are needed usually is good but this year, no. Wont be returning, And get some more staff no need to be queuing out the door nearly every day. UPDATE TO YOUR RESPONCE - These were jumpers for tor view school which you said on the telephone you would have them Tuesday 30th because of bank holiday monday. Clearly your response is aimed at another customer who was disappointed with your service as i am a women using my partners Gmail account NOT a man who ordered specialised garments.

Very friendly and helpful staff, we bought my daughter's p.e kit for high school in literally 10minutes. Someone immediately offered us help, found the items we needed and in the size required and even went back and forth to get alternative sizes while my daughter tried them on! Quick, easy and a pleasant experience, would highly recommend.
