SYD SAEED3 StarI used to use this takeaway quite a lot and the three star's are for the quality of food. The food is edible but not worth the extortionate prices. I will always be honest. The service over the phone is good and they normally get your orders the way in which you have requested even though they have got it wrong a couple of times. I ordered a takeaway for delivery last night as I was tired and a little drained from the hot weather. I ordered 2 small chicken donner meat with fries, a medium pizza with no extra toppings and a portion of garlic bread ( 4 pieces) . I asked for the price and the owner replied by saying £27.20. How extortionate is that? I should have cancelled the order but I accepted because it was too late to rustle some food up. What a rip off. I've been asking for a menu for a long time but the owner is so tight that he always has an excuse for not having any. I think he does this so he can make up the prices and overcharge you. I will never use this place ever again. Imagine trying to feed a family during these hard times. My order was for 2 people. Please avoid this place if you don't want to get ripped off. S W5 StarThe man on the phone has a lot of patience with a drunk woman ordering a vegetarian pizza but without olives or sweetcorn and adding chicken 🤣 I always ring because they are super friendly, always fast and the pizza is always steaming hot, tasty and with generous toppings (unlike others who are just shy and stingey with theirs) a little on the pricey side for a large pizza but ya know what, it's bloody worth it. Best pizza from Bromsgrove by far.Saturday 21st May 2022

An hour and 10 minutes later we still have received our order so I phoned them . They said they busy and they haven't even prepared my order yet.
You would expect them to give you a call with a little update maybe but i just wanted out food so asked how long they think it will be. They said another 25 minutes tops.
This was 40 minutes ago and now I can't get through to them.
