I’ve been working with Sam, both on a 1 to 1 and small group basis, for just under a year. Sam has made a massive positive impact on my life. My strength and overall fitness have improved hugely along with my state of mind. Sam understands what makes me tick and has also introduced heart rate monitors that really help me target areas I want to improve. I was a member of a gym in the local area but always found reasons not to go, Sam with his positivity and knowledge are always reasons to get up and attend.

I’ve been attending Sam’s small PT class for just over a year now and don’t know where I would be without it. Sam has helped me gain strength, confidence and improved my overall fitness. He always makes classes fun and offers great advice with nutrition whatever your end goal is. I would highly recommend joining AORA!

Sam’s an attentive, professional and friendly personal trainer who makes staying fit and heathy a lot of fun. He has excellent knowledge on the fitness industry and the balance of his training sessions & nutritional advice has been game changing to my physical and mental health. Sam creates workouts specific to my personal goals and has regular check ins to hold me accountable. Although I have 1-2-1 sessions I’ve attended a couple small group classes and met other members at social events away from the gym. The community Sam has created at AorA is just sensational, it’s a welcoming, uplifting and supportive group of people with a huge variety of fitness goals. Sessions with Sam never feel like a chore and I no longer ‘drag’ myself to the gym. Cannot recommend Sam and AorA more highly, a PT who genuinely cares and has the ability to listen and hear you.

I started small group training with Sam a couple of weeks ago after thinking about it for months. I’m so glad I decided to do it because even after the first session, I was so impressed at Sam’s knowledge, teaching skills and the environment he creates. I have done another boot camp style class before and never got the amount of 1-1 help that I needed. I have learnt more in these sessions than I have in years. The groups are always small meaning you get that private training feel without it seeming intimidating. 10/10 would recommend.

Having worked with a few PTs, the service and range of offerings at AorA are some of the best. The 1-2-1s are totally bespoke, and each month crafted to what I'm looking for (or if I'm lost, Sam helps work that one out!). And the small groups are unique in that they use the best elements of classes in a way that still enables you to be heard and supported throughout. It's also worth pointing out the community; I have met so many new faces at the gym, at AorA social events, and then again in the pub or out for dinner. Whether you have specific fitness/weight/health goals or are looking for accountability and routine, Sam's your man.
