Our client required us to knock the existing wc and bathroom into one room. We completely stripped everything out, renewed the floor joists and ply boarded over the floor area. We re tiled the rooms using Ornamental Girona Blue tiles, which add a unique touch. In conjunction with these our customer chose Aqua blue tiles for the shower area and space white tiles for the surrounding walls. They decided to install a large shower instead of a bath as before for ease of use. In addition to this we designed and built a new cloakroom featuring the same design concept as the main shower room. The products used are a Vitra Serenada basins and wc's with 'Be Modern' fitted cupboards. The shower is a Mira Honesty set, the room is then complemented with Roca accessories. Our customers had a particular design in mind that they wanted to achieve and were both delighted with the end results. We have created a wonderful spacious open plan living area within this detached bungalow in Broadstairs. The extension has a modern and stylish feel with a tranquil colour scheme chosen by our customer. We have installed two roof lanterns which flood the room with light. Upstairs now comprises of a larger master bedroom including an en suite and a large cedar clad dormer with Juliet Balcony overlooking the vast garden space outside. We have also fully refurbished the existing bungalow including installing a new kitchen and replacing the staircase with a more contemporary oak design. The front door has also been changed which compliments the oak theme running throughout the property. The covered terrace looks onto the beautiful gardens and meadow area. The property flows seamlessly from one room to the next, our clients are extremely happy with the outcome and final finish of the project. Andy was recommended to us and we saw his work so we did not hesitate to pick him to fit our kitchen, renew our staircase and hang new doors in our house. Andy’s attention to detail is what really makes the overall finish to each job so excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else. We used Andy extensively for carpentry in a total house refurbishment project. Throughout Andys standard of work was excellent and, unlike so many other tradespeople, he was always punctual and arrived when he said he would. He always worked solidly through long, full days. We’ll have some more building work needing to be done soon and there’s no question that we’ll be using Andy again. We have no hesitation in recommending him.
