Couldn’t have had a better service. Both Jonathan and Wendy so helpful on the phone. I bought a fridge freezer at a great price but sadly it would not fit into the house so had to order a different one which was dealt with really efficiently by the team. Simon deserves a special mention. He went above and beyond to firstly try and get the first fridge in and then successfully get the second one in, driving up and down the country from Nottingham to the south coast! Really happy with the service and would highly recommend!

One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. We bought over £5,000 of kitchen appliances from them for our new build and they were able to arrange split deliveries for us at no extra charge. They were also very helpful in supplying all the requested invoices, new product data sheets etc. Always available on the phone and knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. Will use them again without hesitation.

I am so impressed with Appliance People. Thank you so much for my lovely new Induction cooker. The first cooker had a fault and you guys sorted it out within 24 hours. The delivery guys were great and made sure that it was placed just at the right spot for installation. They have done a great job and I am really thankful. Special thanks to Nigel and Rhys who helped co-ordinate the delivery and exchange. Well done!

Bought a Samsung ex display fridge freezer and service was excellent, kept me informed well and all very accommodating to when i wanted it delivered. It had a dent which I was nformed about and they organised a replacement door through Samsung, all in all a great service and will use again for next appliance, felt much more personal than using curry's or similar. Thank you.

Chris and the Sales team are fantastic - they are extremely knowledgable and take time with their customers. I have ordered a few items for a new kitchen and they have really helped with advise and getting appliances to me speedily. I can not recommend this company enough, as the personal approach is so refreshing these days!! Also, they do offer good prices and will price match - again really useful when you need to get a few things.
