After having a couple of fiats from a different dealer, I thought I would pop over to Fiat Arbury, as I felt it was time to purchase a new car! Upon arrival I received a lovely friendly welcome, we had a chat about what I was looking for, I had a look around the vehicles on site, it didn't take long to find what I was looking for! From test drive to completion, nothing was too much trouble, no pushy salesperson, great advice & super friendly. Mark was great, I would highly recommend him, should you wish to purchase your new car from Fiat Arbury. Honest, polite, and gave me great advice! The sales manager Mat is also friendly & approacble, and I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future! Thanks guys, Keep up the good work!

Took our car for servicing on Monday, place was absolutely freezing, (heating was broke) and coffee machine was down.....(I stayed the 2hrs, as it was too far, and pointless getting 2 buses home and vice versa). They looked after us all who were waiting, asking if we were all ok...brrrr, and offered hot drinks. It was them that we all felt for, as they were sitting in the freezing cold, bless 'em. (Hope it's fixed soon xx). We always buy our cars from here. Look after yourselves please.

Excellent service received from the team at Arbury Fiat. We bought a used car that we had seen advertised on Auto trader, not being local to the dealership and not wanting a long journey to see it, we had plenty of questions about the car which were all answered, we also had plenty of pictures and a walk around video to see the car in detail and the whole process was really good from start to finish. The car was purchased for our daughter as a surprise, which she ended up finding out about and Matt even did another walk around for her to show her the car that would be delivered, this extra touch was amazing and she watched the clip daily until the car arrived. Special thanks to Paul & Matt for answering all our questions and arranging a seamless delivery of the vehicle, which was exactly as advertised.

When arrived at fiat arbury to drop my car off I was greeted by a nice lady who offered me a hot drink and was delt with fairly quickly but by a gentlemen who seemed like he couldn't be bothered to be there and rushed everything, up on going to collect my courtesy car the man showed me to the car gave me the keys and said "we will phone you when your car is done" couldn't be bothered to show me anything about the car how certain things work etc... The car I was given was a great car just a shame that it was filthy when I was given it, outside was dirty couldn't see the alloys the wheels were that black bird muck all over passenger side windows, the inside was not very clean either. Dog hairs on back seats and in boot, dust and crumbs everywhere, used tissue left in door pockets, hairbrush in glove box and no screenwash at all. Had courtesy cars in the past and non have been dirty like the one I had but I did return it in clean condition as I had it valeted. Also to be told that my brake fluid needed changing when I had it fully serviced by fiat them self's in February 2019 and they changed my fluid then.... Hmmmm
