This is an exceptionally clean and well run gym, owned and managed by Sam Taylor. No egos, fully inclusive, and great equipment. I'd highly recommend Arena Fit, and I've been a member for a number of years now. I've witnessed the incredible work Sam and his team have put in over the years to make it a truly special place for their members to develop. They deserve every success with what they've created. They have quality personal trainers that genuinely care about their clients. They're there to personally get to know you, and go above and beyond to help push you in the right way to achieve your goals. This is a private gym that feels more personal than you average run of the mill 'franchise' gym, where you'll always look forward to walking through the doors and feel amazing every time you leave.

I honestly cannot recommend ArenaFit enough if you are looking for a local, friendly, supportive gym. It has everything you need and offers a variety of classes to suit your needs. I always feel super comfortable and that I can always ask for help which is so important. I had the privilege of working at ArenaFit for a short time after qualifying as a PT and being in such a supportive environment really helped with my confidence which I am hugely grateful for. Sam and the team always welcome you with a smile and you really feel as though you’re part of a community.

After a fair few years of absence from Gym life, ArenaFit is the perfect solution to my fitness needs. It’s a friendly, welcoming place that has fantastic boot camps with instructors that are knowledgeable & encouraging and adapt classes to suit individual needs. In addition to the classes is the superb gym furnished with excellent, modern equipment. The place is immaculately clean. I would most definitely recommend to all levels of gym goers.

Sam and the team foster a friendly, encouraging spirit of team work and support for everyone in the boot camps that I go to and all customers take this spirit on with the result that each session is a real pleasure for people of all abilities. if you’re thinking of getting fitter but lack the confidence to join a gym i would strongly urge you to visit as I know from experience how the team puts everyone at ease and can tailor programmes to suit all. 100% recommended.
