Love this store I had to return a barbecue which I purchased in error (as my grandson had already bought one and not told me). The staff were very helpful two guys were both eager to unload it from back of my car and Karen quickly and efficiently credited my account. Said my Apologies were totally unnecessary and she was pleased to help get it sorted.

Shocking experience ordered a tumble dryer for home delivery it never came then date of delivery changed to over a month so cancelled. Reordered a different dryer for collection at Hardwick which suggested a date 2 days later which was ideal. It never arrived no text or email so went into Hardwick store and got a refund again! Very poor attitude from cashier like she was not bothered and had to deal with this often. Why list products you do not have? Why list products with delivery next day only to click onto it then it says a date more than 30 days away? Considering this is a catalogue shop the experience is terrible from start to finish. If you haven't got it or can't get it remove it from catalogue. Also staff checking store stock using the consumer website isn't professional and it did make me smile 😂

shocking customer service. they have no knowledge of their own policies or statutory consumer rights. I would avoid this store like the plague and go elsewhere

Hi I have been trying to contact argos King's Lynn Hardwick store for over 10 days and rang them over 50 times no one answered the phone, trying to get a copy of a receipt from them, can't just go aside live in South Yorkshire and visit this store when I was camping at King's Lynn.
