Armeria Bed & Breakfast

Armeria is a small, family run bed and breakfast in Wells-next-the-sea on the North Norfolk coast.

We pride ourselves on giving all our guests a warm welcome and exceptional service to make your stay a memorable one. Situated just on the outskirts of the town, we are in easy walking distance of its harbour and all that it has to offer but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. There is plenty of parking for all our guests and all our rooms have wonderful views towards the sea beyond the saltmarshes or the garden and the fields behind.

All of Armeria’s rooms are en-suite, three have walk in showers and one has a full bathroom, and for those unable to use the stairs we have a spacious ground floor room, we also have a family room able to accommodate up to four. Each room is light and airy, decorated in a relaxed way to help you unwind and have a good night’s sleep. 

Well-next-the-sea is a bustling fishing port and popular seaside town midway between Hunstanton and Cromer, so ideally situated for everything that North Norfolk has to offer. Big skies, endless sandy beaches, long coastal walks, an abundance of bird watching sites, National Trust properties and unique estates including Sandringham and Holkham Hall. We are lucky to have a wealth of amazing, small independent restaurants all offering a variety of dishes using locally sourced, fresh ingredients. The high street in Wells , Staithe Street, is full of artisan business, shops, art galleries, cafes and delis.
