A family has been a resident at Ashcroft and she has got a new lease of life since coming to The home. The staff are great and so nice, we enjoy going to see her and she always tells us how nice every one is. Our family Were so pleased we picked this home and we did check out quite a few we know we got the best one for her. The food is great and she has put some weight on which she needed to do. She has got more active since being there due to the way the home engages with the residents. My relative can be demanding and fussy but nothing is to much trouble for the staff when i want help with things or advice. they are there to help.. Home cooked food and a lovely place.Thank you.XX

An outstanding care home that truly values the residents and makes it’s their home. All services managed by Bank house Care homes look and feel like a 5* Hotel with every need catered for. Staff and management team are excellent and always deliver A* service.

Excellent home - quality of care is outstanding Anyone needing care for dementia or end of life etc need to come here Environment, standards etc far exceeds any home in the county There is no negative comments regarding any element of this home. standards are too high and is always pushing Outstanding in everything they do
