Levi's Carp Fishing4 StarI bought a air con recharge on Groupon and I took my car to recharge it, very friendly staff, they just asked the for the Groupon code to verify your purchase.
Probably took an hour to do this job.
Evrything vent alright.

The Britpoppers2 StarI have used ATS Andover over the past few years. However, the last two visits have not been great, often what looks like to a shortage of staff, or not willing to serve customers that order via Black Circles.
My last visit involved tyres order with tracking. According to who I’m presuming is now the supervisor/store manager, their bookings via black circles don’t show additional work that gets booked in (which seems ridiculous to have a system in place that doesn’t show the full details of the job?).
In the end, I had to revisit to get tracking sorted, only to find that they couldn’t do it at that point due to another vehicle being stuck on the ramp waiting for parts.
A further booking for the following week, only to be told the same thing again with other stuck cars up on ramps, and one mechanic jumping between three cars.
Black Circles themselves weren’t happy with this performance, and are aware of the service this branch of ATS are providing.
Shame, use to be good, and definitely can be if they can sort out the lack of staff.Thursday 13th October 2022

VanLife Designs5 StarA breath of fresh air at the Andover ATS! Have always divided my business between them and the other place at the bottom of the hill, more recently then ever because the old staff at the former were not great, but I have this used ATS again and am amazed, the new manager there is polite, courteous and really seemed to know his stuff. If the service I received today is indicative of what’s to come it will be a case of goodbye to the fellows at the bottom of the hill. Great to meet you today Josh, look forward to many more visits whenever any of the fleet need tyres brakes or anything in between.Friday 8th April 2022
