I understand the first one according to the situation that happened. And even the second one I did understand.
But arriving today for an appointment that I have the message on my phone to prove that it was arranged and it’s not happening again it’s just very unprofessional. I have arranged child care for 3 times for appointments that kept getting cancelled just don’t recommend the salon at all! Really bad communication and service!Wednesday 7th July 2021
