Spoke to a lovely lady on the phone called Julie from the spares department, after a quick chat about a part that needed replacing ie (Headbanger) we agreed that I'd call in to see how she could help ,I've got to say first class service from Julie if only everybody was as efficient and helpful as her life would be alot easy . We brought our Nuevo ES in for a new water pump. The service from start to finish was excellent. Karen handled our enquiry in the most helpful manner and James carried out the work explaining clearly what he had done when handing the motor home back to us. Recent owner of an Auto Sleepers van after many years of owning German vans and have to say the build quality etc is exceptional but where Auto Sleepers excell against other motorhome manufacturers is their customer support and after sales service I had the pleasure to deal with Emma who went out of her way to help me and was very patient and totally professional with all my enquiries shes a real credit to this business and also Julie in parts who also helped me tremendously too all in all a great team and great first impressions for my first venture into Auto Sleepers Ltd
