Our second branch is based in Ripley (Derbyshire). Our growing Ripley care team provide our excellent Avanti quality care services in Ripley and the surrounding areas including, Heanor, Kilburn, Belper, Ambergate, Heage, Pentrich, Somercotes, Leabrooks and Codnor.
The Ripley care team is led by Bryan Allen (Registered Manager). Bryan brings his wealth of experience (over 10 years) as a Registered Manager to the Ripley team. Bryan aims to deliver the highest standard of care through his experience and passion for quality and excellence.

Karen Hall5 StarAvanti have provided care for my vulnerable, quite challenging family member for over a year. They are always on time, provide exceptional care and always up for a laugh and giggle with my relative. They really look after him with dignity, respect and pride in what they do. As a family member responsible for my relative; the partnership between the care provider and the family is essential. I could not ask for a more supportive positive relationship than I do with Sinead and her team. They've had alot to manage with my relative but they are always solution focused and nothing is too much trouble.
