We are a local friendly & welcoming family run business and our aim is to keep Basingstoke residents on the road. We understand that running a vehicle is a necessary expense which customers want to have some control over. James Broadhurst is a highly experienced Bosch trained mechanic & qualified MOT tester who has gained his 23 years experience through working within main dealers, the RAC, Land Rover & Aston Martin Mondial Assistance & a highly successful local independent garage. His diagnostic expertise is exemplary & we are confident in taking on any automotive issue, however big or small.
Cat Broadhurst has worked within the motor industry for 17 years as a service advisor & bodywork estimator & has a very strong customer service ethic, focusing on maintaining strong relationships with all of our customers. Having worked for other companies we thought it was the right time to start working for ourselves & set up what is now, Avary James Automotive.

I had been using a main dealer before & have been increasingly frustrated by the lack of care plus high prices charged for very poor service.
I was really impressed & pleased with the service that I received from Avary James Cars. They seemed to really care about the quality of the work they are doing.
I received a great service plus a comprehensive list of things that are showing signs of wear.
By using this list, I can prioritise the work needed to be done & budget for it to keep my vehicle in top condition.

Hana5 StarI've been taking my car to a local main dealer for 7 years now for all repair and maintenance work but decided break the habit of paying premium prices and took it to Avary James. Avary James booked the car in the next day and carried out the work needed in a timely, professional manner at a reasonable price. They demonstrated sound knowledge of the fault which gave me added reassurance.
