Avenue House is such a lovely, well looked after home and I am so proud to be a part of the team! The care is a high standard and person centred so each resident is catered to individually. I would always recommend this home to anyone who wants to join our big family 😊

The staff at Avenue House are very caring and treat the residents as if they are their own family. Always professional and willing. It is a comfort to know that the residents are well looked after and happy. The staff have managed the various lockdowns well and have overcome difficulties. The home is light and airy and the atmosphere is happy and peaceful. My friend is well looked after and safe.

My nan spent her last few weeks here. The place is nice and has all the facilities needed. The staff were fantastic, day in day out. They made us feel welcome and couldn't do enough for you, during a tough time.

My aunt was recently placed at Avenue House, she has settled in well. The staff are lovely and very caring. Overall she likes it here and as a family we are very happy, we would recommend Avenue House

This is where our loved one lived for a year and a half. He was having lots of fun he loved lots of banter joking and singing. Fantastic photos were taken. He had a lovely room. He missed his wife and looked forward to our visits. Alas along came covid and stopped our visits. So we changed to dropping goodies to our loved one and rang every night. At a grand age of 92 has now passed. Thank you so much for your support and help. For giving that hug, holding hand to reassure, ringing us when upset and if unwell. He loved being a humbug and enjoyed all your efforts to accommodate him in every way. Thank you so very much xxx Diana and Fred xx
