After trawling through numerous adverts online for a camper van I stumbled upon an advert for used welfare vans at Cherry Pickers which I believe to be a sister Avon Forest Autos. The advert was very detailed and showed good quality clear photos. There was even a link to view a video of one of the advertised vans via YouTube. The quality of the vans appeared to be very good and a great starting point for a conversion to a camper, so I decided to make an appointment to go and have a look. I want to pass on my sincere gratitude to David and Matthew Smith. From the moment I entered the office I was made very welcome and it was evident that this family run business prides itself on providing an excellent all round buying experience. It was a bit of a gamble for me as I had a 3 hour drive to view the used welfare van and had no idea of the true condition it may have been in. That niggling voice in the back of my mind telling me that it may be a complete waste of time was completely unnecessary. The van was very clean with low mileage, FSH and all in excellent working order. No pressure was placed on me to buy the van and I was made to feel very relaxed. I have already banged the drum and recommended Cherry Pickers at Avon Forest Autos to my friends and family who have a similar interest and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. 10/10

I bought a second hand cherry picker from Matthew at Avon forest autos over a year ago. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Greeted me with a cup of tea after a 2 hour journey. The Machine I purchased has helped me grow my buisness and has delivered everything I wanted it to including flying through all loler tests & MOT since I bought it. Matthew has been on the end of the phone to help me with any queries, which he said he would be when I bought the machine. Will certainly buy again when the funds are ready for an upgrade. Very dishonest and unprofessional company the manager Matthew Smith is a liar, I bought a machine in good faith from him via eBay wasted my time and fobbed me off with lies for 2 days he then claimed it was out of stock or faulty cancelled it then told me on the phone he sold it to somebody else for cash, he will soon be suspended from eBay, I wouldn't recommend doing business with him or anybody associated with his company
