I would have put 0 star if that was an option here. I was sold a car and within three days I had to contact B&L cars as I had virtually no pad left on my breaks even though they ‘passed’ the mot with no advisories. Leon was rude over the phone but did take the car back to have the pads changed much to his annoyance. He claimed they were fine and didn’t need changing but that he would change them anyway which is very far from the truth. He then blocked my number and we have had various other issues. Lights coming on, the top strut having NO bearings, the spring was snapped. All of which he likely knew about at the time of selling, hence blocking my number. Take your money elsewhere and avoid this garage at all costs! Edit ** Commented below it says to tell the story as it is however the owner has totally forgotten he DID change the break pads because we had evidence from another garage to say they should never of passed MOT. He then gave us courtesy car that stank of smoke and even admitted he should never of lent it to us. We couldn’t contact you as your blocked my number!

Wish I could leave 10 stars for 100% positive experience where I recently purchased a car from B&L for my daughter who passed her driving test, we phoned the garage and they were able to arrange a test drive almost immediately ( of course my daughter fell in love with the car as soon as she saw it ! ) the experience and the service B&L provided was 10/10, we also got a great deal on the car with brand new MOT, full valet and warranty. I would highly recommend buying from B&L cars who do not use pressure selling tactics like some garages and all staff were highly knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. I will definitely return in the future and recommend to friends and family.

*the other bad review speak for themselves* Just also wanted to provide an honest review as a defence to my husband's post, and to B&L's response. Firstly, the way in which you speak to the customers on here is enough proof for our case - how professional to call a customer a joke. Secondly, my husband, at no point, suggested to pay 'half the price', that isn't correct - I don't call £400 half the price. He also had no problem paying full price, as long as the listed faults were addressed in the MOT. Thirdly, he was patient and asked lots of questions and not once did he 'get upset' - it was you that 'called it a day' once he mentioned the legal stuff that you SHOULD be providing. Don't expect to sell cars if you can't be bothered to 1) treat customers with respect and 2) make sure a car is safe and mandatory items are repaired. At no point did we come down to this place wanting to slate anybody, all we needed was a car suitable for our family, but unfortunately, the review is necessary after such a poor customer service. You, my friends, are 'the joke' :). With love, from a local family that have NEVER left a bad review.

Shocking experience!! So unprofessional and extremely rude service provided from an “business man”!!!! I wasted my Sunday morning to see a car which was undeliverable and in really bad condition!!! The seller was so rude and arrogant!!! Liar 🤥 you need to grow up and do business better!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I really would, avoid this dealership they sell cars that don’t work properly then when confronted about the problems with the car he has a stinking attitude, his rude, has no customer service and he thinks it’s acceptable to swear at his customers, this whole dealership needs to be closed down!! AVOID BUYING FROM HERE.
