Been using B14 for a little over a year now, I was first recommended them on a Facebook group and now I wouldn’t take my Mini anywhere else. Chris goes above and beyond when it comes to repairs, if there are any other problems/issues he will tell you, and not in a way to make you spend more money with them either in fact, you would probably be saving money in the long run. I feel confident to leave my car with Chris and know I will get it back with the issues sorted. Kate is really great too, she will always do her best to accommodate your needs. Overall, both of them are really pleasant and they make you feel welcomed, a really nice family run garage. Nothing is ever too much trouble with B14 Mini’s. I highly recommend them 😊

Chris got our vehicle in at short notice and sorted the issue rapidly. It has worked perfectly since. Can’t fault the team’s professionalism and dedication. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Highly recommended.

Top Garage, Top Service and Top Owners! I have never had much faith in the car previously, only willing to do minor journeys, but because of the work carried out I completed a 200mile round trip on New Years Eve with the car performing better than I could ever imagine! Finally the issues I had with the engine / leaks have now been rectified. And the valet was top notch! I wish you all the success that 2022 can bring and I shall see you soon (for checks – NOT repairs lol).
